This painting depicts the bottom half of a clear plastic water bottle, which was standing in front of some colorful objects. I painted the reflections and distortions and colorful lights that I saw, in a somewhat abstracted way. The text is a quotation from Ezekiel 1:28: As the appearance of the rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the surrounding radiance.
